Wormholes!

A series of sketches of body parts...sort of...with lots of holes in them. More on the way!

Floaters: Emilia

Another one taken! Where are they all going?

I used a wonderful reference image by photographer, Belovedchenko Anton. You can find the image here. I highly recommend going through the galleries, especially the bodyscapes. Some really incredible stuff!

Captain America!

I made this for a good friend of mine who is a Captain America super fan! I think she loved it almost as much as he is loving her picture.

DEAD

I recently had the pleasure of designing some book covers for my good friend Steven Ramirez. I've never designed a book cover before, and I have to say, it was loads of fun. Check them out on Amazon!  DO IT! Or don't.

Tree Mouth Pickle Chin

Just a little bit more stuff added.

Tree Mouth

Ever feel like a mouth wrapped in tree roots with a pickle attached to your chin area? No? Me neither.
Gave this sketch a quick color pass to see what would happen. Just as I suspected. The pickle got shinier.

Bebo's sister: Milky

There's something very interesting to the left. Either that or both Bebo and Milky were born with the same neck abnormality that keeps them from turning their heads the other direction.

Sketchies

Here we've got some sort of jalopy wingding made up of mystery bits, and a building! Joy!

Slice of Lime

This is just a little test to try out drawing something in greyscale, then adding color after. I think it's a lime slice, but I can't be certain. No, it's a lime. No it's not. Maybe it is.

The second installment in the series.

ReBUTTal

This is sort of in response to the crazy amount of over sexualization of damn near everything lately. It's always present, but seems to really come to light during Halloween.

Mars

Poster I made for my wife's new classroom. I feel it's my duty to utterly confuse the precious minds of those young students.

Floaters!

This is the first in what I hope will be a series of people, and all sorts of other things, not excluding zombies, being lifted up by alien spaceships.

Racing Poster

Ok so it's been...6 months since I've last posted anything? Yes, it has. I blame my children. I've been told that's why you have children in the first place.

Anyway, sometime last year my wife's ovaries went into hyper drive and produced two more children. It may or may not have happened after eating pie. I can't be sure. Except rather than deciding to space them out over the course of  a few years, her body said, "Nope! Yer gettin em both at the same time". Presto! Twins. They are really wonderful, but damn to they take up a lot of time. You have to like, feed them, and change them, then feed them again. Then they start crying and I can't hear the damn t.v.  It's down right exhausting.

So here's some art. There. Now I'm going to bed. Dammit.

Miss Triangle Head

Holy hell it's been three months and I haven't done a damn thing. Woops.
So, here is a neked lady with a big steel thing on her head. Why? Why not? I'm going to add lots of stuff to it like vines and spikey things, and maybe some skulls because that makes everything cooler!

The Elliot

Two wheeled death machine is deadly, but fancy. Everybody throw your pinky in the air!

The Real Gone

A friend of mine in Chicago is in a badass surf rock band, The Real Gone, and he asked me to do an illustration for one of their upcoming shows. I'll have to post the final poster once it's done because I'm sure it'll be fantastic, and it won't be because of my art.

Elliot

I am quite certain that you would die riding this. However, it does have a place to hold your tea. Fancy.

Squilliam

I drew this fella a few years ago in my book of sketches, otherwise known as my sketchbook. There he sat until one day I got a wacom tablet. When I received said tablet, he was my first crack at painting one of my drawings on the computer. I have never been really happy with the outcome. So now that I have a better understanding of this whole pixel painting business, I have decided to George Lucas my original painting.

So, here is the redo. I may still add to him again later, but for now, this is all my day will allow...seeing as how I should be working.
